Terms of Service

NoAds provides a subscription that filters ads, trackers and malicious domains at the network level, delivered over WireGuard. It is a privacy and content-filtering tool, not a tool to bypass laws.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Prices and device limits are shown at checkout.

By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, if any, are handled according to applicable consumer law and our stated refund practice.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to harm others, to send spam, or to abuse our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and outages may occur.

The NoAds name, brand and software are owned by us or our licensors. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
