Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-30
NoAds ("we", "us") provides a network-level ad, tracker and malicious-site blocking service delivered over WireGuard. Privacy is the core of our product. This policy explains what we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and your rights. It is operated by [COMPANY].
1. Information we collect
Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password. Optionally your name.
Subscription & payment data: plan, status and billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
Technical service data needed to run the VPN: device names you choose, WireGuard public keys (generated on your device), the private IP address assigned to each device on our network, and the time of the last connection (handshake).
Aggregate counters: e.g. the total number of blocked requests, used to show you statistics. These are counts, not records of the sites you visit.
2. What we do NOT collect (no-log)
We do not log your browsing history.
We do not keep DNS query logs that tie domains to you. Our DNS filtering runs with query logging disabled or anonymised.
We do not inspect, record or store the content of your traffic.
Your WireGuard private key is generated on your device and never sent to us.
3. How we use information
To create and manage your account and subscription.
To provision your VPN access and connect your devices.
To provide support and to keep the service secure and reliable.
To comply with legal obligations where strictly required.
4. DNS filtering
When connected, your DNS requests are filtered against blocklists (ads, trackers, malware, phishing) using self-hosted AdGuard Home. Filtering happens in real time and is not stored as a per-user history.
5. Third parties
Stripe — payment processing.
Google Cloud — hosting of our servers.
Public blocklist providers (e.g. OISD, AdGuard) — we download their lists; they do not receive your data.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
6. Cookies & local storage
We use minimal local storage in your browser to keep you signed in and to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Data retention
Account and subscription data are kept while your account is active. Connection metadata (such as last handshake and assigned IP) is short-lived and limited to what is needed to operate the service.
When you delete your account, your data is removed and associated VPN peers are revoked.
8. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise your rights, contact us at [CONTACT_EMAIL].
9. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS, WireGuard), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
